    This update is to inform you that PG&E will not start generating its system (water release) until September 3, 2014. PGE will be shutting its system down on approximately September 18, 2014. The delay in starting the generating system (water release) is due to the Lake already dropping because of very low inflows, the required minimum in-stream flow release, and evaporation.
