As a cherry on top of your vacation sundae, you’ll be practically a 5 min ride from French Quarter’s world-famous jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. If you don’t feel like driving the 5 min to the French Quarter, hop on St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. Location-wise, this doesn’t get any better than this! If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining. This spacious 2 levels 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath Carondelet St. residence is newly renovated and features a modern design, custom-built furniture, and wood accent feature all throughout the house, including modern wood accent walls in the living areas and bathroom amenities. The house has a spacious living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa, a dining room with a custom table and chairs for a perfect home-cooked meal, the kitchen is fully furnished and features stainless steel amenities and a breakfast bar area. There is a half bath on the first level. The 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the second level. The Master bathroom has double sinks and a Hot Tube to enjoy and relax after a day’s worth of exploring the city. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. The townhouse has a large private courtyard. Start your morning by having a cup of coffee in a beautifully designed and furnished backyard. The guests can use the outdoor swimming pool of Residence Du Carondelet by Hosteeva, which is less than 1-minute walking distance. Free Street parking available, first come first serve. Parking • The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Things to know ● Must climb stairs — There are 5 steps to enter the unit ● Noise monitoring device: It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). ● For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. ● For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request ● Extra towels can be delivered for an additional $25 ● Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. House rules ● NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. ● Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine. ● Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. ● Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. ● State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. ● Local resident restrictions apply.
