This Spacious home has magnificent views in all directions. Its sleek, sophisticated and state of the art offering security, privacy and top of the line everything. There are three Master Suites.
The Main Master bedroom has a king bed along with a sitting room that has a sleek contemporary sectional and a computer work station. A fire place divides the two areas of the master suite. There are two 42' LCD TV's in the room.
The Main Master bath has a 100SF Marble slab Steam Shower with two overhead waterfall shower heads along with a separate waterfall soaking tub.
There are two large walk in closets and a full size washer and dryer in the suite. A large private deck compliments this wonderful suite.
The second Master on the main floor level has a King bed, Walk in closet 42' LCD TV and Private deck. The bathroom consists of a large Steam Shower with over head Waterfall shower. There is a large soaking bath tub and a separate sitting area overlooking the vast open vista's of the Colorado Rockies.
The Third Master is located one floor down where you can find a state of the art recreation room with a sports bar feel. The bedroom has a King bed, 42'TV and a large marble walk in shower and walk in closet.
Walk past the Wine room and 12 person Theater Room with 120' TV screen you will find Bedroom four. This bedroom has a Log Queen bed, walk in closet, 42' TV and a beautiful large marble bath with walk in shower.
Bedroom five is a Log Double Bunk Room. A Queen up and down bunk bed along with a Full up and down bunk bed. There is a large marble bath with walk in shower and walk in closet along with a 42' LCD TV.
Just outside bedroom five is a private Den which has two Queen leather sofa's that convert to sleeping area's.
Next is a 250 square Foot fully equipped Gym with private bath and walk in Marble/Granite shower area.
The Rec Room has a Pool and Ping Pong table. The Sports Bar has two 42' and a 55' LCD TV. The all Granite Bar sits five and has two beverage coolers, Ice machine and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room in this area and multiple double French Doors that lead out to the large Flagstone Patio area. This space is ground level and has a natural gas fire pit with Blue Fire Glass and a six person Hot Tub.

There is a separate room over the three car garage which has a Queen bed along this an additional sitting area with a Queen Sleeper sofa. The room has multiple closets and a large Marble bath and walk in shower.

You access the Ranch by staying on the main Cordillera Road from Route 6. You will pass the Divide neighborhood on the left and keep going until the road makes a sharp curve to the right and continues up the mountain. Cars are not the only ones making their way through Cordillera. Elk and deer are often spotted crossing the street and grazing along the side. A bear has even made its way along this road!
Once you arrive at the top of this mountain, a friendly security guard will be waiting to greet you. As an owner, you will have direct access into the Ranch. As you continue on, you will be see beautiful enclave homes on both your left and right along with the stunning mountain course. In the winter, the golf course transforms into a spectacular cross country course. During the summer month, you will find homeowners and guests enjoying the many trails Cordillera has designed. Further along you will see the “The Trailhead” where family and friends can sit by the pool or take a dive into the refreshing water. There are a number of great children activities to enjoy!
When Fenno Road ends, you will be entering the Summit neighborhood. Here you will have access to an extensive work-out facility including an indoor pool. You will also find original homesteads from many years ago!
Each neighborhood has it's own golf course which you would have access to Regardless of which area of Cordillera you select, you won’t be disappointed!!
