This is a third floor unit with no other units above it and the elevated perspective highlights the ocean views. There are about 45 stairs from the parking area up to the unit but inside the space is all on one level.
This well-equipped home is perfect for your central California Coast getaway. Situated south of the San Francisco Bay area and just north of the Monterey Peninsula, you will have easy access to scenic drives, world-class restaurants, special local events and plenty to do for days upon days. You'll want to return again and again in order to experience everything the area has to offer.

This condo is on the third level of the building with no units above. Once inside, the unit is all on one level.
Lofty open beam ceilings and skylights are a key feature of this airy, open-concept living area that includes the dining area and kitchen.

Both bedrooms have comfortable king beds with quality linens and both bathrooms have standing showers with clear glass doors and custom tile.
