As you step into this lovely home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 12 foot ceilings. Enter the living room where you’ll find two plush sofas set in front of a large cable smart TV. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. The chef in your group will appreciate the premium stainless steel appliances with 2 different types of coffee makers.
Bask in the sun when you head out onto the luxurious screened-in lanai (southern exposure) to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool and/or jacuzzi tub spa. Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.
