Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motor coach resort with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Inside Apple Valley Farm is a beautiful lake with two waterfalls and a waterwheel. Guests have access to all the nearby amenities including golf (2 excellent courses), spa, dining, swimming, tennis, and a private beach on Lake Lure.Rented golf carts can not be taken to this Lot.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
