NEWLY RENOVATED- Sit on the front deck enjoying a glass of wine as you watch your children play in the street. Earlier in the day you walked or rode a bike to the local fish market and produce stand and saw the boat that brought in the catch. You can smell dinner cooking on the grill. The first floor of this converted Cape (duplex) on west 27th Street is ready and waiting for your arrival. Those with mobility issues will have no trouble walking up the few steps to the front door. A fire pit, and private outside shower and grill are in the large backyard. Is flashlight tag on the agenda after dinner or maybe a moon lit walk to the beach? The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, blender, full sets of dishes, utensils, crock pot, pots and pans and coffee pot, french press and keurig.
