This beachfront property is located on the sought after quiet end of the island. The beach is less crowded than most of the beach areas on Grand Isle. The camp has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths and contains 2 separate buildings connected with a covered breezeway. One building contains one bedroom and bath along with the open living areas, with the second building containing 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. This unique setup allows freedom for the "night owls" or younger guests to fully enjoy themselves without disturbing daytime nappers or the "early birds" who choose to retire early at night. Guests can enjoy multiple outside sitting areas, including 3 porches, a deck and a nice under-camp area. The front and back porches allow viewing of the spectacular Grand Isle sunrises and sunsets! This property was the Nature Conservancy camp (The Fallout) for many years and still contains bird and butterfly friendly plants and trees, allowing for bird watching opportunities and enjoyment of songbirds. Enjoy a moonlit view from the back deck while stargazing with the sound of the gulf in the background.
