The kitchen has crushed marble counter tops and is fully equipped with newer stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware, glassware, and utensils. For your convenience, a new stacked washer & dryer is also located on the 1st floor, adjacent to a convenient powder room. The tiled living room is spacious, comfortable and inviting, with plenty of natural light and features a large 50” flat-screen TV with Direct TV Stream TV service. A secure private Wi-Fi network is also provided for your convenience.
Two spacious bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The Master Suite includes a private, walk out balcony for your Gulf of Mexico viewing pleasure and features a comfortable queen size bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and an attached full-size bath with large walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds, 32" flat-screen TV and also has an attached full-size bath with tub & shower. Large closets with drawer storage space and hangers complement each of the bedrooms. For your convenience, there is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Beau Clair is a very friendly, relaxing property with beautifully manicured grounds and quiet beaches just a few steps away making it perfect for families, fun or just relaxing.
