The Space:
A designers dream with an entertainers kitchen and open concept. Our home features: private outdoor living with resort lounge furniture, a brand new central a/c system, 65-inch smart tv and Sonos sound system, top-tier professional appliances, modern Spanish tile bathrooms and dual rain showers, lightning-fast wireless internet and hotel-style linens and bedding. This coastal neighborhood is safe and secure and offers, wide streets, large open grass spaces and mature trees, wonderful neighbors, ocean views, two heated pools, a jacuzzi, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, children’s playground, community center for events and two private beach access areas.

Located within the northern part of Encinitas, the beachside community of Leucadia offers small-town charm that you can't find anywhere else. With three secluded beaches, a quaint downtown area, and beautiful views and weather, Leucadia is a prime destination for those wanting a place off the beaten track.
Art galleries, locally owned restaurants, quaint coffee shops, mom and pop shops and – of course – an abundance of surf shops – line the streets, and with plenty of public art, community events and local hangouts, it is easy to see why this is one surfside retreat where tourists often long to be locals.
A strong surf culture and a dedication to keeping Leucadia authentic ensure that this community will remain vibrant, active and diverse.
Getting Around:
Guests love how convenient this location is, it’s a quick in and out from the freeway and close to everything.
The home has a private two car garage as well as free street parking. The home is located on a very safe cul de sac where kids love to ride their scooters, bikes and skateboards. You can get anywhere in the area on foot or bike and it's truly the best way to explore the neighborhood and take in all the views and culture.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and an upstairs loft area with a hang out space.
- Primary Bedroom: 1 king bed, an ensuite double sink bathroom, walk-in closets and a smart TV
- Second Bedroom: 1 queen bed, walk-in closet and a dedicated workspace and vanity area
- Third Bedroom with Loft: 1 full bed, 1 twin day bed, 1 twin trundle, smart tv, 2 plush lounge chairs, and play area
- Guests are registered prior to their arrival with the community and pay a $50 fee to access all amenities.
- Our community does not allow sprinter vans that are converted to living spaces for camping. They do allow passenger and crew sprinter vans.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a small family business and raising a baby and toddler. We pride ourselves in giving our guest 5-star personal service and are available during the business hours of 9-7 pm for guest questions. We ask guests to respect our family time and after the hours of 7 pm to reach out only for urgent matters. The best way to communicate with us is through the app. Thank you!
