Full bath has large walk-in shower. House has AC, outdoor BBQ grill, outdoor shower (seasonal). Dock & swimming within steps. 100 yds to Boat launch. (Dock space is not part of the rental but may be requested for additional cost and depends on availability). Walk or bike to beaches, yacht club events, tennis/pickleball courts, fishing, boating, sailing. Nearby rentals for paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Several great golf courses all within 10-20 mins and more are available with a longer drive. Plus 15-20 mins to the casinos! Or just enjoy cool breezes sitting on the porch sipping your coffee while enjoying sunrise or an adult beverage at sunset. Dinner al fresco? So much to do and see, all within minutes...
