Community and Township rules require guests to sign "short-term leases," also referred to as "Guest Registration Forms," for the duration of their stay. These forms will be provided following booking and at least 4 days prior to arrival. To complete the paperwork, each guest must provide their home address, phone number, driver's license, and vehicle information for all vehicles entering the community. A valid driver's license and vehicle registration are required in person at the Welcome Center to receive a gate pass for entry. Failure to fill out the Short-Term Lease/Guest Registration Form 4 days prior to arrival, or on the same day for reservations booked 72 hours or less before check-in, may result in cancellation.
