The living area and master bedroom open onto the balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald waters of the gulf and the white sandy beach. New high top adirondack chairs and table along with 2 adirondack lounge chairs with pull out foot stool. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite counter tops, backsplash and stainless appliances. New furniture and decorating in the entire living area to make you feel at home at the beach. LR has flat screen TV, Blue Ray, and stereo with streaming capability as well as brand new queen sleeper. New granite and cabinets in both baths along with new tile showers, tile floors and toilets. New flooring and mattresses in both bedrooms as well as main living area. New ceilings and lighting throughout. New washer/dryer in unit. Master has King with big flat screen TV and second BR has queen with flat screen. Sand toys for the kids, beach chairs. Pelican Beach Resort offers deeded private beach, beach service, kayak rentals, and 3 pools plus a children's pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, seasonal Gulf front beach bar, poolside deli cafe, a sundries shop, game room, covered parking, dry sauna, steam bath, spa and fitness center, picnic area with grills, 24 hour front desk and security, on-site manager, banquet and conference facilities, all right on the beach!
