This pristine gated community nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains surrounded by Lake Keowee features 3 marinas (plus Kayaking or canoeing), 3 outdoor pools, and indoor Olympic size pool plus brand new fitness rooms, plus a 4.5+ star restaurant to enjoy local chefs. Feel free to go leisure walking on the trails throughout the compound which is all easily accessible. This spacious townhouse is only 15 minutes from Clemson for any sporting event, fine dining & shopping plus, only 5 minutes to the Lighthouse Restaurant and 10 minutes from Seneca for fine dining on Ram Cat Alley or to go to scenic Stumphouse Tunnel and Park. The main floor boasts two bedrooms, one with a California king size bed and a queen size bed plus anewly furnished living room area with bath. Have more than 6 guests, there's two pullout sofa sleepers with queen mattresses and one twin size for their comfort too. Wi-Fi and cable are available along with all the comforts that you would have at home. Golfing is $70 for 18 holes which includes the cart fee plus 5% renters fee as assessed by the KKPOA Pro Shop.
