This newly built home (2026) is charming and features three bedrooms, two rooms have king beds, and the third room has two twin beds, making this home perfect for families or a group of friends. Each room has a little of what makes Lubbock a great place to live or visit, like the Arts room, the cotton room and the sports room. Guests can also relax in the open living room, which offers a comfortable queen size sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms with tubs and showers. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, and towels, as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion, making getting ready a breeze.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare a family meal. With the 8-piece dinnerware set, the dining table that comfortably seats 6 and the counter that seats 4, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a meal, at the end of a long day.
