Our 2-story Central Oregon house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is ideally situated with access to skiing at Mt. Bachelor, hiking at Smith Rocks, and water sports on the Deschutes River.
The spacious open living area and inviting backyard provide the ideal setting for guests to unwind, enjoy barbecues, and play cornhole or other yard games. The main bedroom suite and a convenient half bath are located on the main level, while the two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The 2-car garage offers parking options and a space for ping pong fun. With its mature landscaping, the backyard provides plenty of shade to keep you, your kids, and your dogs cool on those sunny summer days—perfect for lounging in the hammock. Plus, river float tubes are available for your water adventures!

Please be aware that the traffic behind the property can be noisy, and do not send packages to the house. Packages are often left in a locked mailbox rather than on the porch. Please do not access the drift boat parked on the side of the house.
The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
