Professionally decorated, the Patience Cottage has no shortage of attention to detail. The modern interior décor adds an element of elegance & sophistication to this rental. From the wire brushed, Hickory Wood flooring to the Marble & Pecky Cypress accents throughout, this whole property accentuates luxury.
The Patience Cottage offers a reverse floor plan, with the kitchen & master suite on the 2nd floor, both with breathtaking gulf views. The main features of the master suite are arguably the ocean views and King bed. But, some may view the magnificent master bath as the main feature of this space. The master bath showcases marble flooring, a large soaking tub, separate shower with 2 showerheads and built-in bench, as well as a private toilet room & double vanities, also made from marble. Whip up dinner while visiting with the group, while catching up on your favorite show, or while simply gazing at the ocean through the window. Utilize top of the line appliances and a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy everyone’s dinner requests. The dining table has seating for up to 8 guests, with additional breakfast bar seating for 4. The living room has an L shaped couch, 2 reading chairs, and 60” flat screen TV. Sonos is wired to the kitchen, 1st & 2nd-floor living rooms, master bath, as well as the back patio/pool area.
At the top of the 3rd-floor staircase awaits two guest bedrooms, each complete with Queen bed, flat screen TV, & more stunning gulf views. These guest bedrooms share a large, full bath with double vanities and a dreamy glass shower with 2 showerheads & custom tile work. On the 1st floor, there are 2 more guest bedrooms, as well as a second living room with another large flat screen TV. The bunkroom is furnished with 2 sets of bunks, both with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the top. The bunkroom shares the full hall bath off the living room. The other guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has a full, private bath. The laundry room is next to the door leading to the pool patio.
The covered 2nd-floor balcony stretches across the entire gulf side of the house, sharing a wall of windows with the living room, dining room, and kitchen! Whether it’s rain or shine, it’s a great spot to smell the ocean air & watch the waves roll in. The balcony overlooks the private pool, optional heating available, and is furnished with an outdoor dining table and 2 additional lounge chairs. The whole backyard is fenced in with a lush grass area to the side of the pool. A contemporary outdoor spiral staircase leads from the pool deck up to the 2nd-floor balcony, making it easy to run up for quick refreshments from the kitchen.
