Single family home located in the heart of Ocean City. Completely renovated in 2014. 4 bedrooms/2 bath two story home with garage underneath for parking. Our home is pet friendly and even has a fenced in back yard!! The ground level is a garage with plenty of storage room for all of your beach toys. The second level has a kitchen, living room and dining room. There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first has a queen bed and the second has twin bunk beds with a trundle. There is a full bath on this level as well. The third floor has two more spacious bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds and a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have TVs.
Home is conveniently located in North Ocean City and is within walking distance to several restaurants including Layton's on 92nd, Lombardis, Kirby's, Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, The Bull on the Beach, and the Coffee Beanery.
Our home is also within walking distance to Little Salisbury park located on 94th street bayside. This park has a playground, basketball court, tennis courts and a dog park.
