Pool House @ Spring Lake 3 BR, 2 Baths, This summer house rents Sunday to Sunday (During the summer 2-two weeks stays and 2-monthly stays). Rate cover 8 family members, a discount for 4 or less.
This lovely home with a private, fenced pool and 5 blocks to Lakeside Beach on Spring Lake....a cozy sandy neighborhood Spring Lake frontage park. The house pay homage to the Brady Brunch era with the southern lay out of the kitchen, dinning room, family room, master and main bath on the second floor. The main floor includes the living room, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, another full bath, kitchenette, laundry room. The large, well-appointed kitchen opens to the dining and family rooms with their wood floors, era designer colors and tasteful furnishings. Two bedrooms on the main floor offer queen beds in each then on 2nd floor the master has a king bed, for flexibility in the family room there is a day bed with two twin beds. A Pac-n-Play is also available. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor as well. Each bedroom has a slider and access to the inground pool area..
The pool area is large the lot is 1/2 an acre with abundant variety of black wrought iron table and chairs, chaise and lounging areas...this area can be seen for all bedrooms and the dinning room. The Family room with its own deck area over looks the Spring Lake Country Club golf course. A grill in the pool area and a fire pit add to the enjoyment of outdoor living. This vacation home is only 20-25minutes from Cedar Point's Michigan Adventure Amusement Park (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Two large, sandy beaches on Lake Michigan are only 15 minutes away....Grand Haven State Park or PJ Hoffmaster Park....2 different experiences to see Lake Michigan.
RATES: Rates are based on 8 or fewer family members with a maximum of 10 people with an extra fee for 9th and 10th persons at $30 per day per person. We offer a small family discount of $200 for 4 or fewer visitors.
PET POLICY: Only one dog is allowed; certain breeds are not accepted. A pet deposit of $250 must be paid with the house deposit. Deposits are held until after check-out and cleaning and returned within 10-14 days. A pet fee of $50/day in addition to the rental fee will be collected at check-in with an approved pet. Pet owners are responsible to remove ALL signs of the pet’s presence indoors and outdoors or the deposit will not be returned.
PRICING....make sure the site is awarding the proper discount for the 2-two week vacations and the 3-monthly vacations.....if unsure please email and ask for a double check. The range for monthly should be $7000-$7500 plus taxes and fees....so before that it is like $1875 weekly for this slice of summer location and joy. Question can families rent for a week sorry minimum 2 weeks...ask we have another house with a pool by Michigan Adventure on an inland lake and also close to Lake Michigan.
