This Balboa Lake home has over 6,000 sq ft of space with 7 bedrooms and direct access to Lake Balboa!There is the Main House and a Two Bedroom Apartment above the Garage Area. There are 5 King Beds, One Pyramid Bunk and 3 roll away beds. There is full access to Apartment from the Main House.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!
Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in.
The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.
Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.
