This home is an artists paradise on account of a mosaic mural on the street building that creates a fun set of artworks that inspire visual interest and imagination by local renowned artist Isaiah Zagar who helped create South Streets magical and amazing "Magic Gardens"
This lovely home is conveniently located within a block to Philadelphia's famous Italian Market, delicious restaurants, and boutique shopping. Gleaner's Cafe and Anthony's Italian Coffee & Chocolate are just 3 min walk from our home. The closest train station is Ellsworth-Federal and the bus stop is located at Broad St & Ellsworth St.
The first floor offers a spacious Living room with a large flatscreen smart TV with a slider to a furnished private patio garden, open dining area, handsome fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, powder room, and direct access to the attached garage.
