This large end-unit 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two balcony condo sits bay-front on the southwest corner on the top floor in one of the best buildings in Ocean City. The huge wrap-around balcony provides not only stunning views for bay sunsets, but also provides ocean views. The condo has everything you need, including flat screen HD TV’s , luxury bedding, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size laundry room, and cathedral ceilings throughout. Master bedroom has cathedral ceilings, king-sized bed, walk in closet and private bath with jacuzzi and shower. Private sliding door opens to large bay-front balcony. Second Bedroom has queen-sized bed, private bath and sliding door access to its’ own private balcony with ocean and bay views. Third bedroom has two twin beds with direct access to hall bathroom. Living room has cathedral ceilings, fireplace and furniture including a queen sleeper sofa. Three sliding doors open to the bay-front balcony with ocean views. Coral Seas is a building with a beautiful roof top pool and sun deck that provides stunning views of the bay, ocean and town. Secure building has a fully equipped exercise room, ample parking all with a convenient mid-town location. Walk to the beach, one block away. All this and free Wi-Fi internet and free parking for two vehicles.
Outdoor rooftop swimming pool is normally available from Memorial weekend until Labor Day. As with any Pandemic, Covid or other health concerns management has the right to close the pool at any time. It is not within the control of the ownership in the building.
