Located on Willow Avenue, a quiet side street just half a mile from Sand Hill Cove/Roger Wheeler State Beach. Enjoy ocean breezes and picturesque sunsets from the expansive deck. The property spans three levels of living, offering three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
The ground/entrance level presents a living area with a futon, TV, mini fridge and a full bathroom. Access to the garage is also available for beach essentials. The second level boasts an open floor plan with a ductless A/C unit, creating a perfect family gathering space. The modern, updated kitchen features counter seating, and a dining table accommodates six. This level also includes a king bedroom with a window A/C unit and a full bathroom with laundry area.
The third level hosts two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds offering distant ocean views. A convenient half bathroom is also available. Please note that the bedrooms on the third level do not have A/C, but fans are provided.
In addition to Roger Wheeler, Scarborough State Beach is less than a five-minute drive, and Narragansett Town Beach is within ten minutes. Explore smaller nearby beaches such as Salty Brine State Beach. The charming fishing port of Galilee is a short drive away, offering souvenir shopping and a plethora of seafood restaurants like George's, Champlin's, and Jimmy's Port Side Restaurant. For upscale dining, consider Spain Restaurant or Chair Five, both within walking distance. Local clam shacks, Benny's, Aunt Carrie's and Iggy's, as well as the must-visit Aunt Carrie's for Ice cream, add to the delightful options. During late June to August, a seven-night minimum stay is required, while the first half of June allows for a three-night minimum. Check-in is from 3:00 PM on Saturday, and check-out is by 10:00 AM the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
