This quiet beach destination is unique for it only has 58 units total on 6 floors. Our family has enjoyed this property for many years. We found that it is really different than the other condo's that are more than 20 stories and have hundreds of units and thousands of people. Our pool and beach is never crowded with all the craziness that you might have at the mega condo's. Minimum age to rent is 26. No pets are allowed. New mattresses, microwave and outside furniture was just purchased February 2026.
This family oasis is truly oriented so you can have a quiet peaceful stay without running into people that make you have to keep your eye on everything.
