Summary: When we checked in the lady was training someone and was telling her to ask if we had a pet and we said hi and she then said we'll have them sign this and if we find out they do have a pet this is what they will be charged. Didn't give us any paperwork and didn't ask if we needed anything for the room. We didn't have enough covers so we went up and asked for another one and was told they didn't have any extra because they were all in rooms. Now that was a bold face lie we stayed in the room right next to the laundry room and they had plenty folded up on shelves. We paid almost 200.00 and an extra cover wouldn't hurt to let us use, also the pillows are awful too fluffy couldn't get any sleep. I had to go to Walmart and buy a pillow and blanket just to get some sleep. It was a terrible experience. I ask them if they could change the bed for the next days stay and was told oh we don't clean that until your stay is over. Not happy at all.
