Beautiful, custom 4200 sq ft home featuring spectacular family friendly outdoor entertaining and play area. New home backup generator for any power outages! Custom gunite salt water pool with water features including stone waterfall and a layout deck.3 seating areas: pergola with swing bed and fire pit, deck with patio dining table for 6 and a kids picnic table, and a covered porch with fireplace, outdoor tv and grilling area. Pool can be heated if the temps are not below 40 degrees. Must request for the pool heater to be on a week in advance. Fenced in backyard perfect for kiddos with a large play gym and trampoline.
Master suite features king bed, recessed ceilings and 3 large windows overlooking pool area. Master bath includes a large jetted soaking tub, spacious walk in shower, and 2 separate sink areas.
Kitchen boasts large open area with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, large island, and large bay windows that overlook outdoor fireplace. Lodge room features stone fireplace, 25 foot vaulted ceilings and lots of large fixed windows with amazing views to enjoy from all the power sofas.
Downstairs there’s 2 more bedrooms joined by a jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks, tub and shower. Both bedrooms have queen beds with pillow top mattresses. The room off the covered porch and kitchen has a pull out couch for more sleeping room and is also used as a children’s play room with toys, games and movies.
Upstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and 2 couches. There’s a bonus area attached with another queen bed.
Our home has an amazing layout for lots of people but still leaves plenty of room. This is our primary home so all our belongings have to be put away in the closets and most drawers. I do have racks on the closet doors if you bring hanging clothes. We have a huge yard with lots of sports equipment. We have fiber internet provided. We also have a loving cat named Beckett on the property that keeps the mice away from the home.
