The recently remodeled kitchen includes an island with seating, modern appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar with coffee, syrups, sugar, and creamer provided. The dining room seats 8, plus an additional bar-top for 2 that overlooks the game room.
The game room is a favorite hangout, offering a pool table, bar with barware, record player, Smart TV, and decorative fireplace. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).
Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival.
