There is also a very large game room with Ping Pong table and a separate TV viewing area. The master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a beautiful and large private bathroom. Wonderful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The small town of Oakhurst is 5 miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake is a reservoir owned by PG&E, so it reaches peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered to 50% during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.
