House Rules:
We kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. By booking this home, you are agreeing to abide by these house rules.
**$1000-$1500 fine will be imposed for any violation of the following rules:
1. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM–7AM.
2. Noise levels must be kept within normal conversation volume during the day.
3. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e yelling, bluetooth speakers, animal barking, etc.) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.
4. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10PM.
5. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times.
6. No smoking allowed in or near entrances of home. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1,500 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. This includes the front or back of the house.
7. No pets are allowed. Service animals permitted with proper documentation and approval.
8. Unauthorized animals will be charged a fine of $300 and the cost of any additional cleaning or damages that can be up to $500.
9. Parties/events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, I reserve the right to ask the guest to vacate the premises with no refund.
10. Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order.
11. Guests may only use appliances for their intended use.
12. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property.
13. All guests are the sole responsibility of the occupant who made the reservation.
14. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit.
15. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property.
