The 4th bedroom is a bunk room and not private.
BOAT SLIP!!! Need I say more? With a quick, flat 5 minute walk to the boat dock, it will be easy to access your water toys anytime you want.

Walk, swim, hike, the Market is close, there is bakery for your donut/cinnamon roll craving, boating, fishing, jetsking, kayaking, floating, great restaurants and shops. It's all here. You can relax in the mountains without having to go camping and 'rough it'.
