Watch the fireworks from the decks of this beautiful home that is perched on top of a hill, it has breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 17. There is a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens for all of your culinary needs. There are tons of games/videos for the family to do together. Shadow the deer overlooks everything from his mount on the stone fireplace in the living room.
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
There is plenty of parking, a large kitchen and dining area. A queen size sofa sleeper in large living room with fireplace. The 1st floor has the Master bedroom with King size bed and bathroom. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. 1st bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and 2 twin roll away beds with its own deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a queen size sofa sleeper and a twin roll away bed. The Master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a Cal King bed and a queen size sofa sleeper with master bath and a deck of its own. All bedrooms are oversized.
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal.
