The front main house kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, high-end major appliances, and small appliances. The rear second floor residence kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, stainless major appliances, and small appliances. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Laundry: Free laundry facilities are located in the main house garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Parking includes three garage spaces plus one carport space, all accessed from the rear alley. Free neighborhood parking may also be available.
